Barnett Properties traces its roots to 1972 when William T. Barnett founded the company. Since our inception, the company has developed over 30 retail anchored shopping centers containing over 2.6 million square feet of space. The company is based in North Carolina and is active throughout the southeast with a focus in the Carolinas, Virginia and Georgia.
